I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of

the Admiralty to transmit, for the information of the

Secretary of State for the Colonies, copy of a letter dated 6th November, from the Commanding Officer, H.M.S. "FAULKNOR", regarding the piratical attack on the A.P.C. tug "YUET TUNG" and lighter "YAT YING" at Junction Channel on 6th November, 1927.
